Changes to Arrangements
1. Participant-Requested Changes
Changes are subject to acceptance by the school and homestay provider. Any resulting costs are payable by the participant requesting the change.
2. Events Beyond Our Control
If arrangements are affected by circumstances beyond either party’s control—including natural disasters, public health events, temporary school closures, strikes or widespread flight delays or cancellations—we will prioritise rescheduling or alternative arrangements.
If the programme cannot proceed, we will discuss the available options based on the circumstances. Costs already incurred that cannot be recovered remain payable by the participant. We are not responsible for consequential losses, including visa expenses, missed flights or lost income.
Participant Safety
Participants must follow all school, homestay and programme safety rules. Any loss or damage resulting from a breach of these rules is the responsibility of the participant concerned.
